COPIN has been promoting French jewelry independently and freely for 6 generations. 150 years of expertise, history, and archives that allow for the imagination of bespoke high jewelry projects and permanent collections with a minimalist and unisex design.
COPIN creations are made in the finest Parisian workshops, using recycled gold and exceptional stones.
Each creation is the result of collective work.
While some pieces may be initiated by one person, they come to life through a constant dialogue between design, gemology, artisanal craftsmanship, and artistic direction.

GENERATION 1 - 1870
Opening of the goldsmith's workshop on Rue Haudriette in the Marais district of Paris.
GENERATION 2 - 1895
Charles and Louise Tirbour succeed a distant relative and focus on the manufacture of tableware, cutlery, and beakers in gold and silver.
GENERATION 3 - 1921
Suzanne, their daughter, marries jeweler Roger Copin, whose workshop, located in the same building, merges with the goldsmith's.
GENERATION 4 - 1969
Michel, son of Suzanne and Roger Copin, moves the workshop to the Palais Royal district in Paris, at 161 Rue Saint-Honoré, to create high jewelry pieces.
GENERATION 5 - 1992
His daughter Anne Copin enters the trade in turn and continues to develop the creation of bespoke jewelry.
GENERATION 6 - 2022
Alexandre Benamu, a friend of the Copin family, takes over the business and combines inherited expertise with the raw and inclusive vision of a new artistic director: Sajina Dutertre.
